Tender description

Main scope: This invitation to tender is to purchase a student voice system for the University. The student voice system will provide students with the ability to give feedback on their university experience from a student-led perspective. Aim: The aim of the student voice system is to help support the student experience, allowing for real-time engagement with student feedback, and to support staff in closing the feedback loop with their students. Purpose: The purpose of an effective student voice system is to provide the university with up to date feedback on the student experience, allowing for staff and students to engage in a dialogue around the student experience and allow for transparency and clarity in resolving issues or undertaking enhancement opportunities. The system also allows for staff engagement from Professional Service Units with student feedback, where previously this has been more difficult to foster.
