Berwickshire Housing Association’s (BHA) intends to appoint a single supplier to provide it with the Stock Condition Survey and Financial Forecasting Data services. Berwickshire Housing Association’s (BHA) is inviting a range of interested bidders to tender for a Stock Condition Survey and Financial projections from the stock condition survey. The purpose of BHAs Asset Management Strategy is to continue to manage and maintain our properties to ensure the long-term sound viability of the Association, whose properties are its chief assets. We aim to manage and maintain our stock cost effectively, upgrading and disposing of properties as appropriate to meet our customers priorities, affordability and wider housing needs, through a sustainable stock portfolio. Key elements in delivering this aim are to have sound condition data and corresponding investment requirements as critical business information. BHA is therefore inviting bids to this tender for stock condition survey and financial forecasts. This involves 2 key areas: a) Stock Condition Survey requirements and; b) Financial projections from the stock condition survey outputs – 5 year and 30 year forecasts.
