Tender description
A social media platform is required to manage our corporate social media accounts, so that we are able to interactive with our customers who choose to use it as a channel. We need to be able to post our Comms campaigns, alert messages and any services changes. We also need to be able to use social media as a tool to engage with customers about their queries.
