Tender description
To deliver comprehensive bespoke remote self-harm training to an identified cohort of workforces, to develop skills, interventions, and emotional wellbeing support, equipping delegates with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to respond well to individuals experiencing emotional distress, including those who self harm or are in suicidal crisis. Also to deliver remote Train the Trainer training including working with organisations to ensure the correct delegates are chosen for the training, and drawing up memorandum of understandings/contracts outlining what needs to be delivered by the new Tutors following completion of the programme.
