Tender description
The Housing Executive wishes to commission a suitably experienced Contractor to undertake analysis to assess the efficacy of a proposed Intermediate Rent (IR) model. The analysis will profile potential tenants who would benefit most from IR products and assess levels of interest in both potential tenants and potential providers. This project will build on previous research completed for the Department for Communities by CB Richard Ellis and UK Collaborative Centre for Housing Evidence, which explored the development of an IR model. In order to further explore the impact of IR both on potential tenants and potential providers, the Contractor will carry out targeted market research to help the Housing Executive understand tenant preferences and attitudes as well as research to understand potential providers’ motivations.
