Tender description
<p>Peterborough City Council (PCC) is seeking to procure a management agent to provide a Housing management and repairs service within the Peterborough Locality. Initial stock levels are expected to be between 100 and 150 units with an ambition to reach 2000 units by 2032. It is envisaged that the Housing Management solution will be in place by 1 April 2022. Potential providers are invited to respond to the questions concerning the proposed service to be procured. Responses to these questions may be used to inform our commissioning approach to the tender exercise.
