PHE invites expressions of interest to participate in a tender for Provision of purchase of hardware and software for the measurement of respiratory rates in biological systems. These must be fully-compatible with established bespoke systems currently in use (Fine Pointe Software/ laptop/ Pre-amplifier units) to enable the expansion of use with existing systems used within PHE.
