Tender description

Ainsley Gommon Architects have completed a Feasibility of the Centre to accommodate up to 70 SEND pupils affiliated to Elleray Park Special School and the Home Education Service [HES] by September 2021. There is a chronic shortage of teaching space in our SEND sector schools therefore creating an interim satellite facility at Pensby Park Resource Centre will meet the needs of up to 70 SEND pupils without the need to go through tribunals with parents. The contract at the CLC building Hilbre High whereby the HES is currently located finishes in September 2021, therefore the need to accommodate this service is also paramount.
