Multi-Disciplinary Design Team

Tender description

Renfrewshire Council intend to seek the appointment of a Multi-Disciplinary Design Team (MDDT) for a major capital project in the creation of a new Paisley Grammar High School, the school will be of a passivhaus standard and consisting of both a school and public community spaces. The MDDT will be required to follow the stages of the RIBA Plan of Work 2020. At this stage, the strategy for the procurement of the project is still being developed and the Contracting Authority is seeking to engage with the market. It is anticipated that a Competitive Procedure with Negotiation (CPN) procurement route will be adopted for the appointment of a Multi-Disciplinary Design Team (MDDT). It is anticipated that the Contract Notice will be published in September 2021. The purpose of the Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to gauge the markets readiness and ability to deliver the requirements. This PIN is for market research purposes only and is not a call for competition. Renfrewshire Council will not be responsible to meet the costs of respondent’s involvement in this market consultation.
