Tender description

Lot 1: This notice is a modification to a contract in accordance with Article of Directive 2014/24/EU Art 72. The original title attributed to the contract by the Contracting Authority is Appointment of a Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) for the Re-Development of the Palace Theatre. The modification is to extend the contract period relating to the Re-development Project for Palace Theatre Site Only. The original contract was for 40 months which appointed a lead MDT team on the development of The Palace Theatre Swansea (EU Funded) the contract included RIBA Stage 1 to 7.
