Tender description

The provision of Measured Term Contracts can be defined as a means of procuring a regular flow of work packages by the appointment/procurement of a contractor/or contractors to carry out all such work in respect of specified properties within a defined demographic area over a specific time period. The flexible nature of a Measured Term Contract may advocate its use in setting up partnership agreements as by its nature it works on the principle of medium to long term commitment between the parties with an opportunity to monitor continuous improvement and formulate benchmarking data. This Framework Agreement will provide construction works in the four disciplines involving: - Painting and Decorating Services - Mechanical Services - Electrical Services - Building and Building Maintenance Services Lot 1: Lot 1 inc: Oxford Rd Campus & North Manchester General Hospital.
