Suffolk County Council intends to conduct a procurement exercise for the award of a contract to provide a directory of local services and brokerage functionality for Adult Community Services, Children and Young People’s Services, including the Local Offer & Family Information Service as well as Public Health information within a single system. To enable Suffolk County Council to meet the needs of Suffolk residents whilst ensuring our statutory duties under the Care Act, Childcare Acts, and the SEND Code of Practice.Our expectation is that any procurement exercise will begin January 2022.Prior to any procurement Suffolk County Council is undertaking a market engagement exercise to better understand the market. We ask that completed questionnaires are returned by 31st August 2021.
