Independent Fostering Agencies Framework

Tender description

Hampshire County Council would like to engage with the marketplace via a questionnaire prior to the re-procurement of the Independent Fostering Agencies (IFAs). The questionnaire can be found on Hampshire County Council's tendering portal (InTend) This can be accessed at  https://in-tendhost.co.uk/hampshire/aspx/Home and searching for the reference number CS16267. The for responses to the questionnaire will need to be received by Tuesday 31st August at 17:00. The new IFA framework is due to commence on 1st April 2022 and will consist of four lots: Lot 1 - Standard Foster Placements including Respite Lot 2 - Parent & Child Foster Placements Lot 3 - Complex/Challenging Behaviour Foster Placements Lot 4 - Disabilities/Complex Healthcare Need Foster Placements The framework duration will be for an initial two years with options to extend for a total of four years. Lot 1: Standard Foster Placements including Respite Lot 1 - Foster placements for children and young people requiring standard placements including respite placements Lot 2: Parent & Child Foster Placements Lot 2 - Parent & Child foster placements. Lot 3: Complex/Challenging Behaviors Lot 3 - For children and young people presenting with increasingly complex challenging behaviours and who may require a higher level of support. Lot 4: Disabilities/Complex Healthcare Needs Lot 4 - Children and young people who have either a disability or complex health needs and require more support within their placement.
