Tender description
LCC are proposing to procure a framework for professional services specifically to highways • Term: 4 years • Proposed Lots: as detailed in question 1 of the RFI Document • Number of suppliers to be awarded to each lot: 4-6 (to be decided) • Procurement Procedure: Open. • Indicative Value: £60m - £80m over the 4 years. Lot 1: Project Design Services, and Site Support (includes Technical Authoring and Modelling) 1. Project Design Services, and Site Support (includes Technical Authoring and Modelling) 2. Programme and Project Management 3. Project Health & Safety 4. Project Cost and Commercial Consultants 5. TRO Consultancy and Drafting Services 6. Transport Planning Advice (with Transport Modelling) 7. Miscellaneous e.g. IT design, bridge survey, site investigation, environmental specialisms, some car parking services We may also propose splitting the lots into an A, and B (or more), where: A = An uncapped turnover value B = A capped applicant turnover value
