Tender description

Within the kitchen/café/toilets of the Ground Floor and the transit/corridor spaces of the Lower Ground/Basement floor - new soil vent pipes are required to divert drainage to a lower risk area. To provide further protection, additional drip trays and boxing in of existing ceiling level drainage is also required. Attached documents provide further information and a site visit is essential to give accurate context.
