Tender description
Horizon House is an environmentally friendly building and the heating and lighting systems are controlled by movement sensors around the open plan offices and in the meeting rooms. The current system is running on an outdated and unsustainable computer system which is not communicating effectively with the existing hardware. The system now requires upgrading to the latest software to ensure that all electrical, mechanical and water systems are operating as intended.
