Tender description

The product provides valuable forecasting data on the ratable values (RV) of businesses for Liverpool City Council. This will include: Complete audit of potential RV reductions Analysis of the number and value of Check Challenge and Appeals with the Valuation Office. Identification of potential risks and threats to the rating list In addition the Ratable Value (RV) finder will be used to discover missing business properties or properties which have been under assessed in their current RV. This will be used to request the Valuation Office increase the value of the NDR Tax Base providing additional income to the City Council. The overall service is unique and we are unaware of any other party which provides the same product information. The expenditure has been approved by the Freeze Panel
