<p>City of Wolverhamption Council is seeking tender responses for the demolition of the former Wolverhampton United FC. Nature of Works - the demolition and removal of existing Club House, Pavilion, Dugout and 1 No Container including with associated works; The works will generally include the following: &bull; Provide temporary security where required &bull; Ensure all services to or across the site are no longer &lsquo;live&rsquo;. &bull; Protection of non-construction workers &bull; Building Structure to be demolished, including foundations to be completely grubbed out. &bull; Remove all rubble, other materials arising and make good ground as specified. &bull; Make good to existing timber fence as agreed with Quality Supervisor. &bull; Protection live services to existing properties along boundary. &bull; Removal of any Asbestos that are identified or unforeseen. Seeding and Mot Gravel Finish to entrance areas. The demolition works are forecast to continue for a period of 4 weeks. The proposed terms and conditions for this project are the JCT Minor Works, 2016 Edition. It is assumed that any organisation returning a tender for this requirement will have a copy and is familiar with these terms and conditions and will have previous experience of executing contracts on this basis.
