Community Life Choices Services for Leicestershire Leicestershire County Council are intending to procure a new Community Life Choices (CLC) Services framework. Before the procurement is launched, we will be holding a pre-procurement engagement event with the market, which will focus on supporting market readiness in the independent sector. Community Life Choices (CLC) are the provision of meaningful daytime activities for people over 18. Services can be delivered from a building base, out in the community and through a managed Personal Assistant. The virtual market engagement event is being held on 13 August 2021 and the aim of the event will be to give an overview of the proposed model for delivering services across the county through the independent sector, which will be effective in supporting individuals to achieve their desired outcomes in their local communities. Further details of the agenda for the event will be issued to those who express an interest in attending the event. We anticipate that the tender opportunity will become available towards the end of August 2021 and that the new Framework will commence in December 2021.
