To appoint external building project experts (TA - Technical Advisor) to carry out the selected visits to DfE grant funded building projects, write the report findings and quantify any divisions from the original/approved project scope of the school successful projects The DfE expect assessors to utilise their own professional expertise and specialist knowledge to provide a detailed report of the building/work undertaken on site that accurately reflects the agreed priorities and key areas
