North Lanarkshire Council (the “Council”) propose to establish a Contract with a single external provider ("Contractor") who will support children and young people across North Lanarkshire who may otherwise be socially isolated, with supportive, reliable relationships from volunteer befrienders. Lot 1: This procurement sets out to renew the contract for Befriending Services. . Service delivery must be carried out in accordance with the information provided within this Contract Notice and the ITT Documents.
