343_21 Energy Performance of Buildings Services

Tender description

Provision of a range of services related to the energy performance of buildings. Includes services related to the issue of Energy Performance Certificates, Display Energy Certificates, and any other energy related assessments and surveys, aimed at providing customers with data and advice regarding their energy consumption and how to improve the energy efficiency of buildings with a view to lowering emissions and reducing energy costs. Lot 1: Provision of Energy Performance Certificates Provision of Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) for a wide range of domestic and commercial properties held by public sector organisations. National framework for use by all public sector end users in all geographic regions (as per ESPO standard clause). Scotland and Northern Ireland hold separate Registers and are not covered by this procurement. Lot 2: Provision of Display Energy Certificates (DEC) Provision of Display Energy Certificates (DEC) for a wide range of commercial properties held by public sector organisations. National framework for use by all public sector end users in all geographic regions (as per ESPO standard clause).
