The provision of advisory & coordination of services for technology workstreams

Tender description

To support the Operations & Recovery Workstream, the following resources were initially required from Accenture : 1 x Partner 2 x Director/Senior Managers 2 x Manager, 2 x Senior Consultants 2 x Junior Consultants. This increased in Week 2 and was reviewed on a weekly basis. Partner Consultants were scaled back, in consultation with HSE,in order to meet evolving HSE requirements and as deliverables were completed and approved by relevant HSE Workstream Leads.
