A single head double acting semi-automatic volumetric pump filler (Food Grade) for filling cooking oil into 20 litre containers. Filling Nozzle: • 38mm Short Filling Nozzle for Neck Entry (Approx 100-150mm Long) • Air actuated Filling Nozzle open / close • Designed for Top Filling only. Pump Cylinder: • 316 Stainless steel Product Cylinder • PTFE Cup seal with Expanding plate for longer service life and increased suction. • Spring Loaded Non-Return Valves for viscous and non-particulate products. • Silcone food grade product hose with “BSF” Tri-clover crimped ends. Volume Adjustment: • Incremental Numeric display for fine volume adjustment. • Fine adjustment achieved via horizontal handwheel. Circuit Control: • Full pneumatic control. • Simple air logic valves installed in control circuit. Circuit functions are as follows: 1. Start Fill Cycle 2. Emergency Stop 3. Volume Change 4. Product Flush. 5. Remote Product Valve On/Off (Pneumatic if necessary) 6. Nozzle open Control for Service and Maintenance. 7. Boom level raise and lower control Boom Arm: • Full Pneumatic controlled Rise and fall capability. • 2 Pivot Point arm with radius capability for a 1500mm Square filling area. Range of movement will cover 160 Degrees. • Boom arm Stand will be fixed to the Ground, not Frame mounted. 304 Stainless steel framework and cladding. • 316 stainless steel contact parts. • PTFE piston cup seals. • Stainless steel Hygienic spring-loaded non-return valves with strong springs. • 1 x 10 Litre double acting pumps. • Reinforced PVC product hoses. • 1 x 38mm bottom filling nozzle assemblies. • High pressure cup seal plates. • Mechanical pump assemblies to be covered to allow wash down. • Machine to be capable of long distance (3Mtr) suction and high viscosity pumping • Trace heating.
