Bácús Uí Bhaoill Teoranta are an SME Food producer founded in 1984 by Seán Ó Baoill at his original family home in the stunning Gaeltacht of Baile na Finne, Co. Donegal. The company makes quality baked confectionery and has grown throughout the period, now employing 10 people. Proposals from Tenderers are currently being sought to supply, deliver and install each of the products / items below. LOT 1: Supply, Delivery and Installation of 6 station Bun Depositor System LOT 2: Supply, Delivery and Installation of HFFS Medium Packaging Machinery System. Tenderers must be able to supply Lot items in their entirety and incomplete bids will not be considered. A high quality, flexible and responsive service with agreed timelines for delivery and installation of goods will be required from the successful tenderer(s). In addition, tenderers are also asked to include details of all Warranties which will apply, as well as After Sales Service & Response time to call out, when compiling their bid. Lot 220916: Supply, Delivery and Installation of Six station Bun Depositor System The Bun Depositor machine, of “Shell-O-Matic” or similar type, must consist of a 6-station indexing table. The machine must be controllable by a PLC and HMI touch screen. The machine suppled must be capable of between 1500-1800 shells per hour, depending on dough and fillings. Quotations must also include the supply, delivery and installation and of two depositors, of a type suitable for use (1) Jam and (2) Sweet Mince Quotations are sought for the Supply, delivery, installation of Item Specified. The machine should be capable of operating on continuous cycle. The film, directly taken from a reel, must form into a tube by the folding box, and sealed underneath by a series of sealing and driving rollers. Quotations are sought for the Supply, delivery, installation of Item Specified.
