SOL - Social Care and Support Packages for Children and Families with Disabilities

This is not a call for competition. SMBC are planning to go out to Tender for social care and support packages for families and children with disabilities. It is our intention to create a Flexible Contract Arrangement to cover 4 different lots to include Personal Care. Bespoke Specialist Short Breaks, Overnight Breaks and Bespoke Outreach Parenting Support. This FCA would be used to meet the social care needs of all children and young people with a disability, including those with physical or sensory disabilities, those with a learning disability, those with autism, and those with mental health conditions. This is for services to be utilised in and around the Solihull borough. The contract would be for initial 3 years with additional 2 x 2 year extensions.
