<p>STAR Procurement, on behalf of Rochdale Clinical Commissioning Group, is publishing a soft market testing request. This soft market testing relates to the procurement of a lead provider to manage, develop and deliver a multi-disciplinary mental health team. The provider will support the development and delivery of this new team and is expected to work together with the Living Well Collaborative, using prototyping-led methodology to deliver and develop the team in order to enable continued co-design, adaptability, innovation and learning.
