<p>Maisonette block of 18 flats on 3 levels with additional basement area. There are 6 flats per level, lower ground, ground and first floor. Levels are connected via a communal staircase and lobby areas. The main entrance door to the block is at ground floor level. There is additional access to the block via a rear door at basement level. The block is currently secured using an Entrotec Apex door entry system that serves all 18 flats. The main entrance door has an Entrotec door entry panel fitted to it which visitors use to call resident flats and gain access to the block.
