<p>The Council is seeking information from the market about the Council's requirement for a case management solution for managing the processing and reporting of subject access requests, information requests (FOI/EIR), compliments and complaints, (inc. statutory) and data breaches. The system should link across all the above disciplines.</p> <p>The responses to this RFI will help inform the Council about its requirements and procurement strategy.</p> <p>This is not a tender exercise.</p> Keywords: Management, Information
