Tender description
To provide a swabbing service for the population of Oldham, and key workforces serving in Oldham, across at least a 5 day week. A service that is able to provide daily intelligence to inform public health management plans as well as insight into the levels of COVID-19 within Oldham. Lot 1: Oldham Borough Council (“Authority”) (“the Council”) established a preferred provider list of providers (“Tenderers”) with established Clinics in Oldham under the Pseudo Dynamic Purchasing System to deliver the provision of Community Testing Service to the people of Oldham. The testing service for Oldham contributes to the National and Local Test, Trace, Contain & Enable strategy, the aim of which is to prevent the occurrence and transmission of COVID by maximising access to testing to identify cases, trace contacts and take action to prevent onwards transmission. The DPS will remain open during its term for any new provider to join at any time. Additional information: Following the initial evaluation process (Award Stage), all Organisations that meet the requirements of the Award Criteria – Selection and Award Stage as set out within the Procurement will be placed onto the DPS agreement .
