Tender description
<p>The Council is inviting suppliers to tender for a framework contract for the provision of repairs and maintenance to heating equipment and servicing, repairs and maintenance to heating controls. The Council’s property portfolio throughout Derbyshire includes but is not limited to: schools, libraries, corporate buildings and offices. The initial duration of the framework shall be for 2 years with an option to extend for up to two further periods of one year, each subject to a performance review at the end of years two and three.</p> Keywords: Heating System, Heating Controls
