Primary and Secondary Intervention Service - Second Market Engagement Questionnaire & Event

<p>This is a second market engagement event to support the London Borough of Bromley ('The Council') in retendering its Primary&nbsp;&amp; Secondary Intervention Service. This service aims to improve the health and wellbeing of adults living in Bromley and increase their independence and ability to self-manage their conditions. It also addresses a number of wider issues that affect an individual's personal outcomes and wellbeing such as housing, debt, social issues. Following the first market engagement event on 7th May 2021, the Council is arranging a second event for suppliers to be held on Thursday 12th August and will be conducted via video link. Suppliers interested in attending should complete Register of Interest form and return it through the Message function on ProContract. Please note this event is not part of any qualification or selection process. It is not the intention or purpose of the event to confer any advantage for participants in any future procurement activity. The event does not represent any commitment from the Council to either award a contract or issue an invite to tender to any supplier completing the questionnaire or attending the event on 12th August 2021.</p> Keywords: intervention services
