PITFIELD GREEN TOILETS, WROTHAM ROAD, MEOPHAM, KENT DA13 0AU SPECIFICATION FOR SERVICING Quotations are invited for servicing the above: • Open at 8.00 am and close at 6.00pm daily except for Christmas Day • To carry out the following daily tasks: o Lime scale removed from sinks o Cleaning of toilets and toilet basins o Sanitise lids and toilet roll holders o Ensure toilet rolls and soap are replenished o Wiping of walls and framework o Clearing and dirt removal from floors o Dusting of driers and mirrors • To empty all bins as necessary but at least once a week (please note that sanitary bins which are collected under a separate contract) • Provide sign in/ out form and customer satisfaction sheet • Provide a customer satisfaction sheet and a Freephone number to ensure standards are met • Deep clean when necessary or at least quarterly • To deal with and report minor repairs • To report major damage to Parish Clerk • To provide the Parish Council with any additional details for working practices in respect of any covid regulations in place Additional Consumables required: • Toilet rolls • Black sacks • Liquid hand soap • Urinal blocks We are looking for a contractor to start from 8 October 2021, final start date to be agreed. Quotations to be submitted to the Clerk at the Parish Office by noon on Friday 27th August 2021. The Parish Council may consider issuing a three-year contract for this work, to be reviewed annually.
