Tender description
This procurement is concerned with the purchase of services for a Park and Ride optimisation study to inform a strategic business case, the Council requires evidence to be gathered to justify various scenarios/financial options. Stirling Council are looking to procure a consultative study examining the current Park and Choose (P&C) sites serving Stirling City Centre (including Park and Ride (P&R) bus services), their relationship with current City Centre parking behaviours, and their optimisation in order to increase patronage.
