<p>Leeds has a long history of partnership working across health, local government, third sector, academia/education and industry and has seen the benefit of this in delivering better outcomes for citizens. We have learned many lessons as our partnership in Leeds has developed, for example, that for the partnership to succeed, all partners need to be active stakeholders and constructively contribute to strengthening the partnership. We have also found that we have made some of our greatest progress when we have been able to put issues on the table with a high support, high challenge attitude to personal and organisational relationships. The Leeds Health and Care partnership brings all of the 57,000 plus health and care workforce together with the aim of delivery our Health and Wellbeing Strategy through working with the people of Leeds.</p> Keywords: Wellbeing
