Interior Refurbishment of Beccles Town Hall

Beccles Town Council are seeking tenders for improvements to Beccles Town Hall. The works required are largely internal - a summary of the main items required is below, and a detailed specification and plan is attached. The Town Hall is a Grade 2 listed building. Main works required are: Conversion of existing ground floor room to a kitchen and unisex toilet, including supply and fitting of appropriate fittings; Removal of making good of all sanitary fittings in existing first floor toilet; visual survey of existing roof system and flagpoles, and cleaning of existing high level guttering.
