HM0108 - Provision of Building Energy Rating (BER) Services on a 'call off' basis to Cork City Council

Cork City Council (the Contracting Authority) has an ongoing requirement for building energy rating (BER) services in connection with its housing stock. Cork City Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified service provider to carry out Building Energy Rating (BER) assessments and associated services as further outlined in the accompanying Request for Tender (RFT). The Contractor will be required to carry out BER surveys on a ‘call off’ basis when the Contracting Authority has a requirement to have a survey conducted. In addition to the carrying out of conventional BER surveys, the Contractor will be required to provide the Contracting Authority with Bespoke Energy Upgrade Proposals when requested. For the avoidance of doubt, the nature of the advice sought by the Contracting Authority goes beyond the ‘standard’ Building Energy Rating (BER) Advisory Report.
