Grass maintenance Ennis Area

Tender description

Clare County Council wishes to engage a contractor to carry out maintenance grass cutting around the town of Ennis and its environs. The proposed maintenance works are located in the following areas and are specifically indicated on the maps accompanying this document: The areas are: • Public open spaces in Ennis Town including some housing developments. • Public open spaces in Clarecastle including some housing developments. • Ballymaley Roundabout and the adjoining verges on the R-458. • Ballyallia lake amenity area. • The Ennis Southern Ring Road N-85 its verges and all its roundabouts from the Lahinch road (Claureen Roundabout) to but not including the Clareabbey Roundabout. All of the areas in question are shown hatched on the attached drawings.
