Graduation and Ceremonial gowns, Photography and Related Event Services

Tender description

London Universities Purchasing Consortium (LUPC) is establishing a multi-provider framework agreement for the provision of Graduation and Ceremonial Gowns, Photography, and Event services. The framework will be available to the members of LUPC, HEPCW, NEUPC, NWUPC, SUPC, and CPC. Members include higher education, further education, the wider public sector, and not-for-profit institutions. Lots under the framework will include Graduation gowns, for hire and purchase photography service (including media service) Virtual ceremony and one-stop-shop The framework agreement is estimated to commence in May 2022. Lot 58326: Graduation Gown Hire or Purchase plus event streaming Gown hire, gown purchase, gown maintenance, laundry service, repair, recycle (end of life for gown). This lot also includes the provision of memorabilia and all aspects of ticketing service. Bidders may submit tenders for lots one and two OR lot three. Lot 58327: Photography and Media Services Media services, video recording, event streaming, digital media services, and memorabilia.Bidders may submit tenders for lots one and two OR lot three.
