Framework Agreement for the Supply and Delivery of Distribution Governors

SGN intends to award a multi supplier framework agreement for the supply and delivery of distribution governors operating at below 7 bar. The framework will be limited to a maximum of 5 suppliers. Lot 1: Above Ground Distribution Governors All governors shall receive Natural Gas (compliant with the Gas Safety (Management) Regulations 1996). A summary of the framework requirements is as follows: • design of natural gas distribution governors, to operate up to pressures of 7 bar, where bespoke design is required; • supply above-ground and/or below-ground distribution governors to suit the parameters which will be issued by the Purchaser as part of each call-off contract; • fabrication, construction and testing of above-ground and/or below-ground distribution governors, in accordance with relevant SGN policies and industry standards; • deliver governors either to site, or to an SGN depot in the general vicinity of the site; • provide all documentation required by the Purchaser to assist in operating and maintaining the governors; • provision of spare parts; • where requested, procure and supply appropriate GRP enclosures/kiosks to house distribution governors. This framework has no guaranteed work volumes and no work is guaranteed to any supplier awarded onto the framework.
