FLOORING - VC Redecoration Works - Luton Campus

Tender description

The University is sourcing a Service Provider to carry out the following: Flooring Works - at Luton Campus (i) Block E - replace existing vinyl flooring at Bridge Link corridor to Block G (ii) Block P - Ground Floor open lounge - replace existing raised floor with new vinyl covered tiles The successful Service Provider will be required to enter into a JCT standard form of Minor Building Works Contract 2016 Edition. The Service Provider will be fully responsible for the refurbishment and commissioning of the works so that, in all respects, they comply with the University's requirements described herein, and shall be in compliance with Planning and Building Regulations, European Regulations, British Standards, Manufacturers' Recommendations and Codes of Practice where applicable. The successful Service Provider will be required to carry out the duties of the Principal Contractor under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007 and to prepare and make the Building Regulations application(s). Site vists are a mandatory requirement of this tender. Additional information: Suppliers must register and express an interest through the University's Procurement Website.
