<p>Liverpool City Council is seeking suitable accommodation for rough sleepers or those at immediate risk of rough sleeping, within or near to Liverpool City Centre. The suitable building will be required for a period of up to 5 years and will enable Liverpool City Council and its partners to deliver direct access support and accommodation, providing support and assessing need prior a move to more permanent solutions. As detailed in above section, on site support will be delivered by experienced support providers. This Liverpool City Council Expression of Interest is solely to identify a suitable building to provide accommodation for rough sleepers or those at risk of rough sleeping. Liverpool City Council will require the building to be available within a short timescale.
