Empty Home Energy Performance Certification Services

Tender description

Kirklees Council requires the services of suitably qualified and competent Domestic Energy Assessor to survey and produce Energy Performance Certification in line with accepted standards to empty homes. Where a property becomes vacant, and the current EPC has expired or is due to expire within 12 months, a new assessment and Energy Performance Assessment will be done and the a new Energy Performance Certificate produced pior to the property being let to a new customer. Lot 1: Kirklees Council requires the services of suitably qualified and competent Domestic Energy Assessor to survey and produce Energy Performance Certification in line with accepted standards to empty homes. Where a property becomes vacant, and the current EPC has expired or is due to expire within 12 months, a new assessment and Energy Performance Assessment will be done and the a new Energy Performance Certificate produced pior to the property being let to a new customer. Kirklees Council makes approximately 2000 lets per year, but is subject to change in line with the demand for social housing.
