Tender description

A Workforce Development Training Provider was procured in 2019 to develop and pilot a training programme that promotes joint working and a partnership approach based on an asset based approach. The training supports partners to work more collaboratively but perhaps more importantly, how they are working with the communities they serve to identify radically different ways of working together and to create a new relationship between strategic partners and its communities. We now have a 3 day 8 module course that will be rolled out on a neighbourhood basis. The training has been piloted and has received excellent feedback. To bring in another provider would mean that we are starting the process again.
