<p>Kent County Council (KCC) and Kent and Medway Clinical Commissioning Group (K&amp;M CCG) jointly commission an integrated offer of community mental health and wellbeing support, commonly known as Live Well Kent and Medway (LWK&amp;M). The purpose of hosting these events is to invite organisations and individuals working in the sphere to provide feedback on LWK&amp;M and the future commissioning option. KCC is hosting four virtual events: one per Integrated Care Partnership (ICP) area (East Kent, West Kent, Medway and Swale, and Dartford, Gravesham and Swanley).
