Flintshire County Council requires a review of its current IT Service Delivery and Business Systems so that a three to five-year technology roadmap can be put in place. This will include a review of the existing infrastructure and platforms, identify potential options for delivery of these systems through the adoption and exploitation of Public Cloud opportunities and the potential delivery of business applications as software as a service.
