Tender description

The service requirement in this instance is a land clearance company, or a company which specialises in direct action, to enter the land to the rear of 9 Fallow field, Luton, and clear it of all vegetation (to root level) and household waste. The company employed to undertake this work will also be responsible for transporting all generated waste off the site to an authorised waste processing plant. This may either be through their own means or through the hiring of skips. The land is accessible through a large timber gate from Carol Close, Luton, and no highways implications are anticipated. Only minor tools associated with landscaping (eg; chainsaws, timber shredders, pitchforks) are going to be necessary, with a team of approximately three - five personnel.
