Bespoke Components – Manufacture, Overhaul and Repair

Framework for the manufacture, overhaul and repair of bespoke components and other services. Lot 1: The requirement is for the award of multi-vendor frameworks for the manufacture, overhaul and repair of bespoke components and other services. The scope of supply is primarily the manufacture, verification and delivery of bespoke components to technical product specifications provided by TfL. A bespoke component will normally be part of an assembly in a particular asset area, such as rolling stock (trains), safety signalling or permanent way (track) and will primarily be made of alloys of iron, aluminium and copper, although manufacture from other materials may be required.
