The 26th UN Climate Change Conference of the Parties (COP26) is scheduled to take place in Glasgow on 31 October–12 November 2021. The Scottish Government aim to establish a multi-use venue, enabling seminars, receptions, exhibitions and meetings to take place as part of an ambitious programme of stakeholder events and activity – not linked in any way to the official programme or zones of COP26 - to support the achievement of Scottish Government objectives for COP26. VisitScotland are leading on the operational planning and delivery of the project, working closely with the Scottish Government as a ‘Team Scotland’ partner and require a suitably qualified contractor to provide Audio Visual Services. VisitScotland is seeking a suitably qualified supplier for the delivery of Audio Visual Services. Full contract scope and description can be found attached.
