Consultancy advice and services is still required with regards to expansion of the airport. London Luton Airport Limited (LLAL) are on a trajectory to apply for a Development Consent Order (DCO) in 2021 for the significant expansion of Luton Airport. This means that there was an acute and specific need for expert aviation planning advice related to airport development during 2019, 2020 and potentially during the implementation phases in the 4 years beyond the granting of the DCO. Expert and specialist aviation advice to be provided to LBC and the Local Planning Authority in all matters relating to the development at and adjacent to LLAL to include detailed planning applications.
